Carly Carrol
Vocal Coach | Songwriting | Beginning Piano
Carly Carroll is a vocal coach, performer, and songwriter based in Dallas, with over 2,000 hours of experience coaching singers of all ages and levels. She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, where she studied Musical Theatre and honed her skills in voice and performance.
Carly believes that the voice is a tool of self expression. She combines modern voice science with her own empathetic intuition to help students understand and love their voice. Her approach to teaching is relational, considering what the students goals are and why they have these goals. Since singing is a complex motor skill, our bodies often know what to do. We just have to get out of our own way!
In addition to her work as a vocal coach, Carly is active in the commercial music scene in Dallas. She works as a singing pianist and booking agent/talent buyer, leveraging her network and knowledge of the industry to support emerging artists.
Mike Manning Music

Mike Manning is a Musical Director and professional guitarist out of Dallas, Texas. Having lived in musical cities such as Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago and Dallas, his sound is a blend of styles and genres, with rock at its heart. Mike got his professional start touring as lead guitarist for Demi Lovato, performing in over 30 countries across four continents and countless TV performances. He is currently Music Directing and playing guitars and keys for SHAB, a Persian/American dance/pop artist, opening for artists such as Anastacia and JLS across Europe. Mike has been an exclusive Quilter user for the past decade, and the original endorsee of the Aviator 2!
He also teaches and coaches guitar and songwriting. Through a combination of being self taught, having had formal training, extensive live real-world experience and years of coaching, Mike has a unique and highly effective system of training. Mike has helped hundreds of musicians achieve their musical goals, and looks forward to working with hundreds more!
Drummer Ross

Raised in Texas and drumming since age 10, Ross Young has played in dozens of bands and three orchestras in his 33 year stage career of writing original music, Marching Band, Classic Rock, Country, Latin Pop, Progressive Rock, Metal, Stage Musicals, and Contemporary Christian Worship Music.
Inspired by Neil Peart, John Bonham, and Bill Bruford, Ross always regarded live performance as the highest form of musical expression and trains his clients in stage presence, attitude, and preparation.
Now a full time musician and Josie Award Winner, Ross has further enjoyed the privilege of teaching for over 15 years.
